This terms and conditions (“T&C”) sets forth the agreement between Tiamo Wellness PLT (“the company”) and each purchaser (“user”, “your” or “you”). This T&C governs the purchase of any product on www.tiamo2u.com (“this website”) by you. By accessing, browsing and placing order in this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change by the company without prior notice.

If you unable to provide order number or official prove of purchase from the company via this website, or you buy the product from unauthorized retailers, third-party platforms or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you any refund/exchange otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter. 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
The company take pride in providing exceptional quality products that we stand behind and we also want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the product on valid reason, you are welcome to return it back to the company within 14 calendar days, start from the day you placed the order. Return shipping charges, card transactional charges and warehouse handling charges incurred due to the return and refund will be deducted before refund. Company will initiate refund after product are being returned to warehouse in good condition. Change of mind does not entitle for return and refund request. 

1) Unopened product is eligible for refund subject to the company check and approve.
2) Any opened product, part of the product bundle with free box or discounted product purchased during sales only eligible for partial refund. If you return a product which is part of a product bundle or discounted product purchased during sales, you only get a partial refund subject to the company check and approve. 

All return and refund have to be well documented before you proceed for next course of action. Return shipping charges, card transactional charges and warehouse handling charges incurred due to the return and refund will be deducted before refund. Company will initiate refund after product are being returned to warehouse in good condition. Change of mind does not entitle for return and refund request. EXCHANGE POLICY
In the case of any product damage due to shipping or any unforeseen circumstances, the company shall exchange the defective product with a new box to you after the defective product are being returned to warehouse. No refund option for product damage due to shipping or any unforeseen circumstances.
All exchange has to be well documented before you proceed for next course of action. Please contact us via support@tiamo2u.com within 48 hours of receiving the products for further assistance. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders are no longer cancelable or modifiable when they have been submitted to the company. It is your responsibility to make sure the receiver information, shipping address and products you are ordering are correctly entered before submitting the order.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION  POLICY
The company offers monthly subscription so you can place monthly repeat order at discounted price and to enjoy discounted shipping deals. 

By purchasing a Keep ON order monthly subscription, you agree to an initial order and recurring monthly automatic subscription every month. Please note that your first Keep ON order comes with an one-time activation of Keep ON Pass. Each activation of Keep ON Pass is valid for lifetime unless you choose to cancel your Keep ON order. You may send in an email to us at support@tiamo2u.com to cancel your monthly subscription any time, subject to the terms of the company cancellation policy. Reactivation of Keep ON Pass required after cancellation. Please contact us via support@tiamo2u.com should you have any concern.
