UNDELIVERED & REFUSED SHIPMENT POLICY
If your order comes back to the company warehouse as undeliverable or refused parcel, the company can help you to arrange reship to a different address after you have pay for the second shipping fees. No refund option for undeliverable return or refused shipment. Do make sure all shipping information are correctly entered before submitting the order.
BACK-ORDER FULFILLMENT POLICY
In the case of any back-order due to product shortage, the company has the right to delay fulfillment until further notice. No refund option for back-order fulfillment.
